Group riding bikes together, showing focus and shared energy

Mental training sits alongside the physical

Nutrition is an integral part of the strength and conditioning training. Fitness and wellbeing plans are completely customised for each client and designed to help clients live better, for longer.

We also harness the power of strong group dynamics, just like a professional sports team. So class sizes are capped and clients are screened to ensure they truly fit the group. Entry to the club is not automatic because, as every coach knows, team selection matters. Genuine connections are formed here.

Who does Fit Club help?

While some Fit Club clients are younger, most tend to be aged 40 or older.

Often, they are managers and business owners, fairly driven individuals who are dealing with higher stress jobs. Some arrive with reasonable fitness, some can barely tie their shoelaces. All of them want a better, healthier, more enjoyable life.

How to manage stress at Fit Club

  • //

    Understanding stress

Most people live with chronic stress that eats away at them. It leads to high blood pressure, poor sleep, and unhealthy habits.

    Athlete strategies

At Fit Club, we teach stress management techniques used by international athletes:

    • Step 1

Step into stress and accept it.

    • Step 2

      Recover and regain your strength.

    • Step 3

Repeat and grow stronger each time.

    A universal approach

We show that stress is the same, whether you're playing in a world championship or meeting a tight work deadline.

    The goal

To help you become stronger, learn to manage pressure, and even enjoy the process.

Forget about weight loss

Often, people come to us for weight loss but we don’t do that here. We start with health.

Get the blood pressure under control, bring fitness and strength and energy levels up. Improve sleep quality. Sure, weight loss is often a by-product of that but it’s never the point. Reducing the risk of dying of a heart attack or stroke, that’s a smart focus.

“As an athlete, joining a team gave me a place to belong. The people I trained and played with became my best mates, almost like family.”
